Join us for HOT’s 2024 primary two-day fundraising event, Diamonds in the Rough Charity Golf Tournament and Party with a Purpose.  All of the proceeds will support HOT’s Sugar Plum Fairies program.  During the holiday season, HOT’s Sugar Plum Fairies program provides help and hope to struggling children in the West Valley by creating a magical Christmas experience, which includes needed gifts of clothes and food.

Our Diamonds in the Rough Charity Golf Tournament kicks off with a four-person scramble and includes breakfast, practice facilities and lunch.  Games, mulligan packages, and some just plain good golf can help each team to post their best score!  Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in three flights, as well as an awards for closest to the pin and longest drive by flight.  We will feature dozens of unique auction items to bid on throughout the two-day event!

Day two is our Party with a Purpose, a fun and lively evening on the lawn, complete with appetizers, cocktails, games, live music and dancing.  There will be chances to win closest to the pin during the chipping contest and during the Ball Drop someone will win up to $3,000!  Come celebrate with us as we close out HOT’s 2024 Signature Event!

Golfer tickets can only be purchased for a foursome. Placeholder names can be used if you don’t know all of your golfers in your team at the time of registration. Registration will be open until April 1st.
Tickets are $275.00 per golfer.
Each golfer registration includes:

• Green fees and cart fees
• Breakfast and lunch
• 1 free drink ticket for use on the course
• Entrance to the Party with a Purpose
• Attendee swag bag

HOT Pass Tickets are $100 per team (i.e. $25 per golfer)
Each HOT Pass includes:

• 1 Mulligan (per player)
• Entry into the Putting and Chipping contests
• Entry into the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin contests

Additional guest tickets for entry into the Party with a Purpose are $75 per person. Party tickets can be purchased with your golf purchase now or separately up until April 10th.

If you are unable to attend the event, any donation would be greatly appreciated.

Cancellations made before March 2, 2024 will be fully refunded less a fixed processing fee of $20.00. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used, if possible.

Cancellations made between March 2, 2024 and April 16, 2024 will be 50% refunded less a fixed processing fee of $20.00. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used, if possible.

Cancellations made after April 16, 2024 for ANY reason will not be refunded.

Registrations may be transferred to another person anytime before April 22, 2024 without a transfer fee. Notification of the transfer should be sent to events@hotcommunityfoundation.org.
