The spirit of giving in Verrado is an important part of our community. Residents and community partners work together to bring this vision of giving and commitment to philanthropy to life.
The Verrado Assembly’s Giving Tree program began with a handful of like minded residents committed to philanthropic initiatives. And that’s just how Helping Others Together Community Foundation (HOT) got started! HOT was established in 2019 and has been a proud partner of Verrado’s Giving Tree program ever since.
HOT volunteers love to participate in community events! We have had the opportunity to support the Victory Crush event, Festival of Trees, Verrado Park Tour, and We Love Christmas Home Tour. And the Giving Tree Partners Program has supported HOT through generous donations and the opportunity to conduct fundraising efforts at some of these events.
Today, Verrado’s caring spirit continues to grow through The Giving Tree program, which facilitates accessible volunteer and philanthropic opportunities to all residents through our diverse nonprofit partners.
