Golf Details
The HOT Golf Tournament is a four-person scramble packed with excitement both on and off the course! Traditional contests like longest drive, closest to the pin, and hole-in-one are complemented by creative games designed to boost your score and raise funds for the kids. Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in all three flights, as well as for all traditional contests. After the tournament, the fun continues with an after-party featuring cocktails, awards, dinner, and dancing. Don’t miss the chance to bid on dozens of unique auction and raffle items. Together, we aim to raise $165,000 to include 300 kids in next year’s Sugar Plum Fairies program—join us and make a difference!

Party Details
Wrap up an incredible day at HOT’s Party with a Purpose! This lively after-party kicks off immediately after the tournament, featuring cocktails, a delicious dinner, and plenty of dancing. Golfers and non-golfers alike are welcome to join in the fun as we award prizes and enjoy the excitement of our unique auction and raffle, and cheer on our thrilling Ball Drop contest, where one lucky winner could take home up to $3,000! It’s a night to remember, all in support of raising $165,000 to bring joy and opportunities to 300 kids next year. Don’t miss this unforgettable celebration of community and purpose!

Pricing
Golfer tickets can only be purchased for a foursome. Placeholder names can be used if you don’t know all of your golfers in your team at the time of registration. Registration will be open until the teams are sold out. A waitlist will be created, if necessary.
Tickets are $325.00 per golfer.
Each golfer registration includes:
- Green fees, cart fees and bag drop gratuitites
- 1 Mulligan
- Entry into the Putting and Chipping contests
- Entry into the Drive and Closest to the Pin contests
- Entry into the Hole in One contests
- Entry into the Cash prizes for 1st , 2nd and 3rd place per flight
- 1 free drink ticket and gratuity for use on the course
- An awesome tee gift and swag bag
- Entrance to the Party with a Purpose, the after party which includes dinner and
dancing - 1 free drink ticket and gratuity for use at the after party
Additional guest tickets for entry into the Party with a Purpose are $125 per person. They include dinner and 1 drink ticket for use at the after party. After party tickets can be purchased with your golf purchase now or separately up until March 20th.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before March 1, 2025 will be fully refunded less a fixed processing fee of $20.00. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used, if possible.
Cancellations made between March 1, 2025 and March 31, 2025 will be 50% refunded less a fixed processing fee of $20.00. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used, if possible.
Cancellations made after March 31, 2025 for ANY reason will not be refunded.
Registrations may be transferred to another person anytime before April 1, 2025 without a transfer fee. Notification of the transfer should be sent to events@hotcommunityfoundation.org.
